QRT’s team of innovation continuously drives overall innovation. The TechOps team manages and supports the firm’s development tooling. As a TechOps Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining, developing, and improving these tools and supporting the internal users who depend on them. You will be the point of contact for technical issues, service requests, platform configuration changes, and opportunities to enhance tooling effectiveness. Your Future Role within QRT: - Support and administer JFrog applications. - Support and administer Atlassian Data Center applications. - Investigate, triage, and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct platform monitoring-essing performance, trends, and utilisation. - Contribute to performance tuning. - Support and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows and integrations. - Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical issues. - Maintain clear documentation, runbooks, support processes and procedures. - Lead upgrades, configuration changes, maintenance activities and platform improvements. - Support migration initiatives. - Identify recurring issues, automation, and continuity improvement. - Participate in on-call rota to ensure availability and reliability. Your Present Skillset: - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical support, systems administration, TechOps, DevOps, or platform operations. - Strong experience supporting JFrog applications. - Experience managing Atlassian products. - Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS & EKS). - Strong troubleshooting skills across different applications. - Eyebrows problem solving and performance monitoring. - Proficient and Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Ansible. - Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills. - Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement. Base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $240,000 per year. Total Compensation includes discretionary performance and available benefits.
