Jump is hiring a hands-on, player-coach, L&D professional to cover the APAC region; this role will partner with the global L&D team to extend and execute Jump's comprehensive learning and development strategy across all employee levels in APAC. The role will deliver both technical training and leadership development programs while building expert networks, running pilot programs, measuring ROI, and collaborating cross-organizationally to create innovative, high-impact training solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Be responsible for partnering with the global L&D team to design, drive, and execute Jump’s learning and development strategy and framework - focusing on established employees, new experienced hires, emerging managers, and senior executives.
- Critically assess and evaluate learning opportunities to meet local business needs, cultural norms, and cross-cultural collaboration.
- In conjunction with global efforts, build and implement a comprehensive range of technical and leadership development training across APAC. Technical training may include…
- Cultivate and maintain a network of both internal and external experts to deliver learning programs. This may include outside coaches and trainers, assessment specialists, or partnerships with select academic faculty.
- Foster experimental approach to learning strategy, running pilot programs, and exporting successful offerings.
- Focus on development needs at the individual, management, and team levels. Devise a methodology for quantifying outcomes and measuring ROI.
- Be collaborative and influential, with ability to build consensus and work effectively across organizational boundaries.
- APAC needs cultural intelligence and adaptability as 5 distinct cultural environments.

Skills You’ll Need:
- At least 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Development.
- Hands-on and independent, comfortable operating in a lean team.
- Ability to collaborate, align, and strategize global and local approaches.
- Advanced degree in IO Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, or related discipline.
- Experience and knowledge in financial services, consulting, engineering, or high-tech fields.
- Strong program management and multi-regional experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and gain consensus.
- Track record of delivering measurable results through consultative approach.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and Content Portal (LMS or LXP) a plus.
- Experience in internal facilitation a plus.
- Reliable and predictable availability.
