Production Infrastructure is a global organization of Engineers who architect, build, and maintain our world-class infrastructure. From colo design/implementation, to optimizing exchange connectivity, to building reliable low latent Wide Area Networks, we leverage research and automation to consistently adapt and innovate our infrastructure to scale trading.
What You'll Do:
- Involve across various teams to implement and optimize network infrastructure for mainstream, performance-focused, low-latency trading applications across data centers.
- Identify technical challenges and conduct technical debugging to solve issues.
- Develop automated data-driven solutions to diagnose and fix complex network issues.
- Implement monitoring solutions to locate, diagnose, and resolve network issues.
- Communicate network issue impact to stakeholders including traders, developers, and business resources.
- Support and troubleshoot a mixed wired/wireless high-performance network environment.
- Apply automation and DevOps principles to improve efficiency in team operations.
- Assist in documenting new processes and procedures to improve workflows.
- Demonstrate high energy, pursue results, and work effectively under pressure and aligned to deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Skills in business networking, hands-on technologies, and complex systems.
- Strong resume with relevant experience.
- Strong comprehension of IT infrastructure, networking insights, and engineering procedures.
- Experience in systems, automation, and technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work effectively globally and in high-paced environments.
- Good judgment, ability to balance execution and outcomes, and ability to take responsibility.
