Trading Infrastructure is a global group of Engineers who design, build, and maintain world-class infrastructure. From colo design and exchange connectivity to building top-class low latency networks, we leverage our research and automation to scale.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Systems Engineer will work with traders, operations, exchanges, developers to optimize the trading environment and solve system issues.
- Monitor overall system health and performance of the trading platform.
- Work within our technology org to:
- troubleshoot sophisticated system, software, network issues
- design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure for low latency at data centers.
- Implement automation
- Coordinate with Markets and risk management incident management.
- Risk assess operational change
- Document procedures.
- Other duties.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:
- Major in CS/Engineering/Information Systems
- Linux/UNIX, shell scripting
- Python
- Networking concepts (routing, multicast, ethernet)
- Detail oriented, ability to communicate under pressure
- Positive, collaborative attitude, reliable predictable work
Salary range: $200,000-$250,000 per year. Benefits:
